Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
When you create a Kesa account, we collect your email address, business name, WhatsApp number, and any products, photos, and descriptions you upload. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google.
2. Visitor analytics
When a customer visits your storefront, we log anonymous, aggregate events — page views, product views, and WhatsApp clicks — so you can see how your store is performing. We don't collect names or contact details from your customers; we never see the content of any conversation that happens on WhatsApp.
3. Payments
Your Kesa subscription payment is processed by Paystack. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, and a reference number — we do not receive or store your card details; those are handled entirely by Paystack.
4. Who we share data with
We use Supabase to store your account and product data, Paystack to process subscription payments, Resend to send transactional emails, and PostHog for aggregate product analytics. None of these providers are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
5. Your rights
You can update your business information at any time from your dashboard. You can permanently delete your account, storefront, and all associated data from Settings — this action is irreversible.
6. Data retention
If you cancel your subscription, your data is kept so you can reactivate your storefront later. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
7. Children's privacy
Kesa is intended for business owners aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
